my Style Like U second skin feature ^_^
I am so excited to share this video with you all! Last September, I was honored to partner with Style Like U for a Second Skin feature during Fashion Week. I believe in their mission and the way they view personal style as a form of artistic self-expression. The basic premise of this video is that I swapped clothes with another person for a day, but the results are far more nuanced (and entertaining). Hope you all enjoy seeing me completely out of my element, cracking bad jokes, and stumbling in a brutal pair of shoes!

That was so entertaining ;-) You are so brave to do that. I would be so afraid to spend a work day in someone else's clothes. I kept waiting for the moment you both would meet. Did you ever?
This was so intriguing! It's crazy how your clothes can simply change everything. I cringed every time you fell, it must have hurt a lot. This was so wonderful, very inspired now to take full control of my own clothes.
You are so sincerely brave for doing this Meagan! I don't think I could ever have done it. Such a great social experiment!

this was so fascinating! Clothes are such an identity, and to wear someone else's--at Fashion Week, no less--was really really brave of both of you.
Ok so I didn't expect this to get as...idk deep as it did. It was so well done. I would have felt the same as you in her clothes I feel like. I love that she said your one piece was transformative and that your opinion of her changed from the beginning.

That has got to be one of the most interesting things I've seen come out of fashion week. I mean it was amazing to see you speak because you're no longer just an image on a page, but the whole concept of the second skin, the swapping- just WOW because it brought to light to many interesting things. The way you both could guess at each others characters by the clothes- how drained you were by her painfully crayon bright things (and those SHOES!) I admire her look but I preferred your clothes on you and her- but that just says something about me as well. I'm not expressing myself very well but that was amazing. Thank you for doing it and I hope your toes (and soul) are okay!
