Inspired by Meg's recent tweets about OFFICEPUPPY, I've decided to introduce you all to my bundle of joy. Meet Booboo! Named after Snooki's nickname for JWOWW, no joke ya'll. She's a year-old tiny Chihuahua and was rescued after being abandoned in an alley during one of Chicago's coldest winter nights. Had our friend not found her, she most certainly would have died in the -20 degree cold. My boyfriend and I are thrilled to give her a forever, loving home and she is the light of our lives. Booboo enjoys chewing on squeaky toys, half-sleeping in our laps, and chasing a laser pointer with more fervor than the most spastic cat.

my life is so devoid of fuzzy little things that need me to clean up their poo for them :(
omg get a puppy! or a kitten, or whatever, seriously! can you not have pets in your apartment? having a pet is totally the most heartwarming thing ever. can't be upset about a bad day at work when booboo is jumping up and down as i walk through the door.
we could but like a.) new york, our apartment is matchbox sized b.) gf and i both work full time c.) i can't keep a fucking plant alive d.) expensive to get and care for e.) i still behave like a 19 year old and once you have an animal you can no longer be a shitty club kid who goes out 5 nights a week, which is actually the kind of asshole that i am. like, once i start wanting kids i'll get an animal as a dry run or something. and it'll probably be a cat because they can at least sort of deal with themselves... basically i just dont feel up to the responsibilty of caring for a dog until i know that i can give it a good/happy life etc. which will be a while. haaa.
i am really, really into borrowing them from other people though! haaa. i want someone to have a puppy rental service or something.

Cute dog! Been really wanting a French bulldog or a bull terrier lately, but I cannot have one.
